Zakopane, a city in Poland, one of the Winter Travel Destinations in Central Europe
After how many months were busy with the hustle and bustle of life, the time
came. Coinciding with the Christmas and New Year holidays that are packed
with winter break (winter break),
let's visit some cities in Poland.
One of them is Zakopane. For some traveling lovers, the name Zakopane may be
familiar or even have repeatedly set foot in the beautiful little town.
Zakopane is a city on the southern tip of Poland. The city is close
to the Slovak border and is located between the Tatra mountains and the
Gubalowka hill. To get there, it takes about 2 hours drive using Flixbus
or train from the city of Krakow.
There, there is only one bus station and one train station. depart by bus
so that to get to the inn which is located in the middle of the city of
Zakopane it takes 20 minutes to travel from Bus Station. at night and a
fairly heavy snowfall at that time, it is better to choose to take a
typical inter-city bus by paying 4 Zloty (16,000.00) per person.
When you arrive, you will feel hypnotized by the graceful and panoramic
views of nature. The atmosphere is so calm, only the sound of birds chirping
and the occasional mini European bus version of the sound.
Around him there are many inns (villas) with various designs, ranging from
the lowest price to the highest.
With an economical bag, you can rent a villa named Pod Lasem with a large
diameter consisting of 4 beds in one room for 174 Zloty per night. The
price is quite affordable but in accordance with the facilities offered.
Unlike cities in Europe in general, Zakopane is even more quiet and calm.
The beauty of the falling snowflakes adds to the aura of the beauty of the
city which is flanked by hills and mountains.
After a peaceful night and can be used to eliminate fatigue, when the
morning greeted you immediately rushed to the location that is said to be
a favorite place for tourists from various parts of the world.
In Zakopane itself there are several choices of destinations that can be
visited. Because there are too many tourist attractions, these are just a
few places visited by two places namely Tatra National Park and Gubalowka
hill. For travelers who prefer natural nuances, these two places must be
included in your next vacation list.
Starting from the first destination, Tatra National Park is a National
Park which according to history, the planning of the creation of this
National Park has been initiated since the 19th century in 1925 through
cooperation between countries namely Poland and Slovakia, because it is
located in the border region of the two countries.
The plan was only realized in 1937 and formalized in 1947 and at the same
time belonged to the whole state of Poland because the Polish authority is
wider than Slovakia. Even so, in 1992 the National Park which has an area
of about 211.64 km2 (81.71 square miles) was designated as a
transboundary biosphere by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and
Cultural Organization or commonly called UNESCO.
To enjoy the beauty of Tatra National Park, we have to pay an entrance
ticket worth 5 Zloty. for those who are still students, bring a student
card, get a 50% discount to 2.5 Zloty. This price applies to all groups of
children and adults, both native and foreign.
In Tatra National Park, we can choose different spots, some go there for
just a walk with family, some aim to visit the crater located at the end
point of Tatra National Park, and not a few tourists who bring sky
equipment.
Along the landscape of Tatra National Park there are beautiful treats that
spoil the eyes. As far as the eye could see, what appeared was a vast
snowfield surrounded by pine trees. Some choose to rent a horse and many
choose to walk while enjoying the panorama around.
When almost 2 hours drive around and capture some momentum in Tatra
National Park, can to continue to the next destination. maybe it will feel
less because you haven't got to the Tatra Crater, but this will be the
reason why you should visit this place another time.
The second destination, Gubalowka hill. Located not too far from Tatra,
Gubalowka hill is no less beautiful. The most interesting thing is,
Gubalowka hill or Gubalowka tourist destination presents a sky sport
activity which is much loved by tourists. Not only that, in this place
there is also a cable car (raliway) that can be used to see the beautiful
scenery around the hill.
He cried again, to enjoy the views of the Gubalowka hill there is no
entrance fee alias free rental. We only need to pay for a ticket if we
want to try sky or railway sports only.
Another thing that must be tried is enjoying the sunset from the hill. If
all this time in the tropics I just waited and enjoyed the sunset from the
beach, now I feel a different atmosphere. Yups ... !! we can enjoy the
beautiful sunset between the snowy hills.
When talking about which is more desirable between Tatra and Gubalowka, we
feel that both of them offer their own sensations. Even some foreign
tourists from Asia are also seen in this place. It was indeed very
satisfying around the Gubalowka hill, playing snowballs, watching the sky
show directly up to the cable car.
No wonder if Zakopane is dubbed as the popular winter city in Central
Europe, because of its beautiful nature with a stunning mountain atmosphere.
There is also clear river water flowing, as well as views of the hills that
are almost frozen covered in snow. Very beautiful with a blend of white,
green and blue.
The trip to Zakopane is a short but memorable adventure. Certainly hope to
one day be able to return to this place with my dear ones.
